PROGRAMS
Community Medical Outreach & Mobile Health Clinics
Our fully equipped mobile health units function as clinics on wheels, delivering diagnostic services, pharmacy support, and minor clinical procedures to regions hours away from the nearest static facility, removing the transport costs that often keep the poorest Zambians from seeking care at all.

Maternal, Newborn & Child Health (MNCH)
We provide antenatal care monitoring, postnatal follow-up, and childhood immunization support, with a strong emphasis on respectful maternity care.

Disease Prevention, Screening, and Referral
We run mass screening campaigns for malaria, tuberculosis, and HIV, with rapid linkage into the national treatment system, alongside screening for hypertension and diabetes, conditions that often go undiagnosed in rural areas until they become critical.

Health Education & Behavioural Change Communication
Our health education programs use culturally tailored strategies, working through traditional leaders, community radio, and peer counseling, to shift health-seeking behavior and encourage earlier testing.

Water, Sanitation & Hygiene (WASH) Promotion
We support latrine construction, point-of-use water treatment, and handwashing education to stop waterborne disease outbreaks before they start.

Health Systems Strengthening & Capacity Building
We train Community Health Assistants and facility-based staff in current clinical protocols, data management, and pharmacy inventory control, so progress continues long after an outreach mission ends.

Digital Health & Technology Integration
Telemedicine platforms connect rural nurses with urban specialists, while electronic data tools enable real-time disease surveillance and patient tracking.

Policy Engagement & Advocacy
We use data from our own field operations to advocate for evidence-based policy change, working alongside the Ministry of Health and international partners.
Where We Work
Our 2025-2026 rollout focuses on seven provinces. The Northern Corridor (Luapula, Northern, and Muchinga) faces hyper-endemic malaria and high rates of home delivery. The Copperbelt and Central provinces carry a disproportionate HIV and TB burden tied to the mining workforce. North-Western Province has strong health literacy but a critically low doctor-to-population ratio. Eastern Province faces persistent maternal health risks and declining vaccination coverage.
Our 2026 Targets
A 20% increase in facility-based deliveries in focus areas, 15,000 new TB and HIV cases identified and linked to treatment, a 15% reduction in severe childhood malaria in the Northern Corridor, 2,500 community health workers trained, and 50 rural health posts integrated with digital tools.
These programs only reach as far as our resources and partnerships allow.
